Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices to ensure code quality, security, and performance standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments, minimizing downtime and maximizing uptime.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, design, implementation, and deployment.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical debt reduction strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# with strong knowledge of backend development.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, and RESTful API design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
