Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and infrastructure-as-code implementation
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Implement security best practices and performance tuning for high-traffic applications
- Contribute to architectural decisions for enterprise-scale SaaS platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Java/Python with Spring Boot frameworks
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of building RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with algorithm/data structure fundamentals
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins/GitLab CI
