Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define project requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring zero downtime and lightning-fast response times.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote/office environment.
