Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative code review culture.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Identify technical risks and propose architectural improvements to ensure system reliability.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript (React or Node.js).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure providers such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
