Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to strict coding standards and conducting thorough code reviews.
- System Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and design high-level architecture for new features.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues, optimize application performance, and identify technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and provide technical mentorship to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- DevOps Integration: Participate in CI/CD pipeline improvements, containerization strategies, and cloud infrastructure management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least two core languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript) and a solid understanding of software design patterns.
- Cloud Expertise: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Database Management: Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
