Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate: Partner with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver features that delight users.
- Optimize: Continuously monitor application performance and refactor code to ensure maximum efficiency and scalability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards across the team.
- Debug & Solve: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.
- Agile Workflow: Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Databases: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Proficiency in Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
