Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages (Python, Java, or Go).
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architectural discussions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance application speed and stability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major language (Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed remote team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
