Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of microservices using Go and Python
- Architect scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Drive technical debt reduction and performance tuning
- Collaborate with product teams on roadmap execution
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation labs
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Proficiency with Go, Python, and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong background in SaaS platform development
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Proven leadership in agile environments
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
