Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and Redis clusters
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical design sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver MVPs
- Conduct security audits and implement DevSecOps best practices
- Document technical specifications and API integrations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go or Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong grasp of RESTful API design and event-driven architecture
- Proficient in testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, PyTest)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira
