Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable web applications using modern languages (Java, Python, or Go).
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to engineering standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to technical documentation and mentor junior developers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (Java, C#, Python).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
