Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies (e.g., Python, React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and improve user experience.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, conducting thorough code reviews to enforce best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, implementing CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Deep proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, Python, Go, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database design, SQL, and NoSQL technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote-first culture.
