Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using Go and Python
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP with Terraform
- Lead CI/CD pipeline modernization using Jenkins and GitLab
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design sessions
- Contribute to open-source projects aligned with company goals
- Implement security best practices (OAuth2, SAML, RBAC)
- Drive code quality through comprehensive testing strategies
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Proficiency with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Strong background in cloud-native application patterns
- Experience with federal compliance standards (FedRAMP, NIST)
- Track record of leading successful SaaS deployments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with complex algorithms
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
