Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Architect and implement scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize database queries and improve application performance and load times.
- Debug complex issues and provide timely solutions to technical challenges.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience in a web-based environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid team.
