Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and other engineers) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and participate in technical architecture discussions.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on full-stack or backend engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend integration.
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
