Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a 24/7 production environment.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on best practices.
- Collaborate virtually with day-shift engineering teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Optimize database performance and ensure system reliability during off-hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, or C#).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
