Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions tailored for high-availability environments.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot critical issues during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and ensure technical feasibility.
- Optimize database performance and refactor legacy codebases for improved efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a night shift environment.
