Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend microservices.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for nightly builds and deployments.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers during overlapping hours.
- Ensure data security and compliance across all night-shift operations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services.
- Familiarity with database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
