Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and debug complex software solutions using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to maintain high code quality standards.
- Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability during peak off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver features on time.
- Maintain and update existing software systems, ensuring security patches and database integrity are current.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
