Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code while adhering to industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture planning, and technical strategy discussions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability.
- Optimize application performance and scalability to handle growing user demands.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Java (JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus).
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first or hybrid environment.
