The Role:
As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that drive our business forward. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality products that solve complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features from concept to deployment.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to security standards.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.9% uptime for critical systems.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and debug existing codebases to improve stability.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a professional setting.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
