Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust software applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical architecture.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster a culture of excellence.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring 99.9% system uptime.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on backend systems.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with a deep understanding of software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong database skills including SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
