Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern architectures.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize application performance, reduce latency, and ensure robustness of our core systems.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to production incidents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, with strong experience in front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
