Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from concept through deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to maintain high code quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and operations) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring seamless user experiences and minimal latency.
- Mentor team members on best practices in software engineering, architecture, and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience is accepted.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, or similar modern frameworks.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
