Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software systems using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices and security standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to define features and drive product development from concept to deployment.
- Optimization: Analyze system performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve speed and reliability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct technical interviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Testing: Develop and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure robust product quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time capacity.
- Programming: Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Python, Java, Go, or C++.
- Web Technologies: Strong experience with JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular) and RESTful APIs.
- Databases: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues and propose scalable solutions.
