Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and drive technical strategy.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability and high uptime.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across various cloud environments.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time role.
- Strong proficiency in at least two core languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or C++).
- Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex technical challenges.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
