Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern programming languages (Python, Go, or Java).
- Architect scalable microservices and cloud-native solutions deployed on AWS.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity across distributed systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack or backend role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java and familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and distributed systems.
