Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Java/Spring Boot

- Mentor 3-4 junior engineers through pair programming
- Implement automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)

Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in enterprise software development
- Expertise in Java, Python, and cloud-native architectures
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven patterns
- Proven track record of delivering mission-critical applications
