Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend microservices using Go and Python.
- Optimize database queries and ensure high availability of our core platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, DevOps) to deliver features rapidly.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on security and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Go or Python.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
