Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in distributed systems and database optimization
- Strong proficiency in AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS)
- Proven track record with Agile methodologies
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ production-level projects
- Ability to work PST hours with occasional on-call duties
