Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Python on AWS/GCP
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization achieving 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor 3 junior engineers through weekly pair programming sessions
- Architect event-driven systems processing 10M+ daily transactions
- Conduct quarterly tech debt reduction sprints
- Present quarterly architecture reviews to CTO and investors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in CS or equivalent with 5+ years backend development
- Expertise in distributed systems and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Production experience with Go and Python (asyncio)
- Proficient in Terraform, Docker, and gRPC
- Strong data modeling skills for PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Published open-source contributions with 500+ GitHub stars
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks for feature rollouts
