Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Lead code reviews and architectural discussions ensuring system reliability and performance
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes for automated deployments
- Optimize database queries and system performance using PostgreSQL and Redis
- Contribute to open-source projects and present technical insights at quarterly innovation forums
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams and driving technical initiatives
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system designs and scalability solutions
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
