Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system uptime and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical culture and standards of the team.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on web technologies.
- Proficiency in Python or Java, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
