Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services and microservices.
- Lead code reviews, architecture planning, and technical strategy sessions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability in production environments.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify and mitigate technical debt to ensure long-term code quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Expert knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
