Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices in code quality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical training.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement robust solutions to improve system reliability and uptime.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from conception to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C# and experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team setting.
