Responsibilities
- Design and implement distributed ML pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for high-throughput data processing
- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and architecture planning sessions
- Lead CI/CD automation using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish research findings
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ in AI/ML systems
- Expertise in Python, Java, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Proven track record with cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP)
- Strong background in data engineering and distributed systems
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Published papers or open-source contributions preferred
