Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade ML pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Optimize algorithms for distributed computing on AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research prototypes into scalable solutions
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Develop CI/CD workflows for automated model deployment and monitoring
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish research findings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in Python backend development
- Proficiency in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Demonstrable experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with algorithm optimization expertise
- Published research in ML conferences or journals (strongly preferred)
