Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning pipelines using Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch

- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
- Drive CI/CD automation and DevOps best practices
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with Python
- 3+ years in AI/ML development with production-level models
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Proficiency with AWS services (SageMaker, EC2, Lambda)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
