Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using AWS/GCP and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices in CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architectural planning
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in backend development with Java/Python/Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
