Responsibilities
- Architect microservices using Go and Kubernetes serving 99.99% SLA
- Lead 2-3 engineers in bi-weekly sprints using Jira/Confluence
- Optimize AWS Lambda functions to reduce costs by 30%
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI and Terraform
- Conduct quarterly tech debt sprints with measurable impact
- Present quarterly architecture reviews to CTO and stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years production experience with Go and distributed systems
- Expertise in AWS (EC2, S3, DynamoDB) and cloud architecture
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Helm, and Istio service mesh
- Strong understanding of gRPC and REST API design
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience mentoring engineers through career growth
- Portfolio demonstrating production-grade projects
- Passion for fintech or high-throughput systems
