Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Java/Python and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices across the engineering organization
- Optimize system performance and reliability through rigorous testing and monitoring
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive DevOps initiatives including CI/CD pipeline automation and infrastructure-as-code
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in distributed systems and modern web frameworks (React, Spring Boot)
- Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact software products
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence workflows
