Responsibilities
- System Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end design and development of high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and solve complex technical challenges.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and refactor code to improve application speed and scalability.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to foster team growth.
- Testing & Debugging: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability and robustness.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technologies: Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Frameworks: Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Agile: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
