Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go/Python and Kubernetes
- Lead development of real-time data pipelines processing 10M+ events/day
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural planning
- Optimize system performance and reliability across AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Jenkins
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical publications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience with Go/Python
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native architecture
- Strong proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade services
- Experience with event-driven architectures and stream processing
