Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Implement CI/CD pipelines in AWS with Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Optimize system performance and resolve complex scalability challenges
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology stack evolution
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and Jira
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
