Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and develop scalable, high-performance software applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure standards are met.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug code, and optimize system performance for maximum efficiency.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical training, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a commercial environment.
- Languages: Proficiency in at least one core language such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Cloud & Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
