Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of microservices using Java/Spring Boot and Node.js
- Design AWS-based infrastructure with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor 3-4 junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Implement security-first DevOps practices including automated testing
- Optimize database performance with PostgreSQL and Redis caching
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Git workflows and agile methodologies
- Experience leading technical design sessions and documentation
