Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Drive CI/CD pipeline automation using Terraform and Jenkins
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent the company at tech conferences
- Lead cross-functional sprints to deliver features in 2-week cycles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures and container orchestration
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and data consistency patterns
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (JUnit, PyTest) and TDD methodologies
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ production-level system designs
