Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable software applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in Python and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Optimize database performance and ensure system security.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Java, or Go).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud Platform).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
