Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and Node.js
- Lead cloud migration projects leveraging AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS)
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot complex issues
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
