Responsibilities

- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions
- Drive adoption of DevOps best practices including Infrastructure as Code

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development
- Expert proficiency in Java, Python, or Go with strong OOP fundamentals
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and TDD practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
