Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Go and AWS Lambda
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Terraform and Jenkins
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Conduct system architecture reviews and performance tuning
- Collaborate with Product teams to define technical specifications
- Drive adoption of container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS)
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proficiency in microservices architecture and event-driven design
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration
- Strong problem-solving skills with debugging complex systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
